normal temperature it is a white waxy solid at the bottom, and becomes a colorless and transparent liquid when the temperature is higher than the melting point (42°c). it is easily soluble in water, methanol, butanol, and butyl acetate.
application
main used in the production of photocurable coating reactive monomers, polycarbonate polyols and polyester industry products;
used as a chain extender in synthetic leather and shoe rubber;
synthetic coatings (iron printing coatings, coil coatings, powder coatings) use polyester;
