The main business of Huibo New Materials is the research and development, production and sales of special formula modified epoxy resin series products, mainly including epoxy resin for wind turbine blades, epoxy resin for new composite materials, epoxy resin for electronic and electrical insulation packaging, etc. Multiple application series products. Among them, the epoxy resin for wind power blades accounts for the largest revenue. From 2020 to 2021, the proportion of wind power epoxy resin in the business revenue will be more than 80%.

In 2020, Huibo New Materials’ “20,000 tons of epoxy resin for wind power blades” was put into production, and the sales volume increased significantly. The market share of epoxy resin for wind power blades continued to increase, from 9.63% in 2019 to 2020.
In terms of sales volume, it has surpassed Shangwei New Materials and Polymer Technology.

In 2021, the production capacity of Huibai New Materials will be 42,000 tons/year of epoxy resin for wind power blades (including 10,000 tons of Shanghai Difu’s completed production capacity), 4,000 tons/year of epoxy resin for new composite materials, and 4,000 tons/year of epoxy resin for electrical and electronic insulation packaging. In this IPO, Huibai New Materials will issue 23.06 million shares, and the raised funds will be used for “Shanghai Difu 37,000 tons of fiber composite materials and new electronic special materials production project” and “Huibai New Materials R&D Headquarters Project”. The Shanghai Difu project includes 30,000 tons of epoxy resin for wind turbine blades, 4,998 tons of epoxy resin for new composite materials, and 2 tons of new quantum dot display materials.

After the fundraising project is completed, the production capacity of Huibai New Materials will reach 76,750 tons, of which the production capacity of epoxy resin for wind power blades will reach 62,000 tons.
